The recently named 2007 best soccer player (AC Milan midfielder) Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite better known as Kaká visited Lula -the president of Brazil- at his residence on Friday afternoon (December 28, 2007).
President Lula and the first lady Marisa Leticia were given autographed jerseys that read “I belong to Jesus,” which was the Brazilian national’s celebrating slogan for goals in game.
Kaka will spend the new year in Brasil, where he was born.
Before his meeting with the president, Kaka received a medal from the capital city’s governor, Jose Roberto who said: “We are very proud of the fact that he is from our city.”
